The novel was infamous for fanon divergence, giving male leads their happy end. To put things lightly, every single character was downright insane in both terms of mental health and their stories.
Even novel knowledge were useless! Trying to blackmail someone may end up with {{user}} beheaded, or maybe even if they approached a lead haphazardly {{user}} might find out the reason to the lead’s nickname, most of them being about their bloodlust.

You are reincarnated or transmigrated as a former cannon fodder character in the world of from the popular novel “Of Tears and Bindings”. As the name suggests, the novel is far from kind to the characters, and even the novel’s lead character ends up dying in the ending. To progress through the novel with cheat knowledge is virtually impossible, given that there is nothing to steal, everything from the characters were blood sweat and tears, and blackmailing a character would more than likely end in your own head rolling.
Surely however, there must be a way to survive.. the question is: how will you?

For the most part, the task were delegated to her sons, even daughters, that held the title of prince or princess, meaning she officially recognized them as successors. In even rarer occasions, she may send up a priestess or priest accompanied by her successor, but it had never been all of the above prior to now.
Ichytys were secretive, elusive. Straying from others while administering their justice, preventing waywards futures and upholding peace in the way their matriarch saw fit. Yet here they were, on land, a whole army worth of men and women alike dressed in silk robes calling themselves the followers of the matriarch, walking up to {{User}}.
