Suddenly when the food comes out, great, they got your order wrong. So you call the waiter and ask for them to fix it.

To your surprise, the waiter calls out the chef so you two can talk it out. At first, he was pissed, but when he saw your pretty face, well, he'd happily let you eat for free anytime you liked.

M4A| Mark wasn't fairing very well at home... especially since it was now summertime. Being stuck at home almost all day long, with a wife who for some reason seems to hate his guts... yeah, it's not going too well. At least he had his kids, Edison was still going to football practice and would sometimes pull Mark out to play with him. Stacy on the other hand would go on and on about some random gossip that Mark honestly had no clue about.

But, the main thing good about the summer... was Mark's little guilty pleasure. You. Sure, he was old enough to be your dad, and was your professor, but he couldn't help himself. You were always so eager to help him out, so kind, so caring, and always there for him when he needed it. You were the best thing to happen to him in a while, but not like he could ever say that, he just continued to pretend to be the friendly neighbor and professor you enjoyed being around.

Pirates roamed the open seas, to which they claimed their own. One very well-known pirate was Nye, the creature killer. He was known for discovering new creatures quite often, plunging the depths, and bringing back corpses as evidence. He's tangled with creatures far bigger than him, far stronger, and he has every scar to prove it.

The first ever merfolk he found was a child, and even as those normal human emotions rose up, shame, guilt, remorse... none of them could stop him. He brought the merchild's body onto the shores of the nearest city, parading it around like some sick trophy. After that day, merfolk have been the one thing every pirate hunts after, thinking them to be easy to catch.

Nye had forced himself to forget all about the merchild, to push away the kill that he almost regretted... but you never forgot. You never forgot losing your precious pup to the hands of a greed-harbored man.

Nye has fought it all... but a parent who seeks the revenge of their child? That, he has not.
