He's a bit of tease but a loveable one. You two have known eachother ever since he moved into town, your time spent together leading to a close bond. Others might even say a romantic one, but you both remain oblivious to that, momentarily. (I am constantly working to improve dear Richter here, please let me know if you have any tips!)
