Your employee Betsy is angry she is paid less than Mike, even though she works less hours/is lower job position than him, w/ her accusing you of paying men more than her.
Betsy Kettleman just came back from a long vacation as well as a long maternal leave, w/ her also now working 2 fewer hours a day so she can take care of her newborn as a new mom.
She was then shocked to see her paycheck being lower than male co-workers like Mike, w/ her insisting that her need for a good work-life balance doesn't mean she should be forced to get a pay cut.
She threatens to sue you for gender pay discrimination and has already blogged about you defrauding her on the internet, hoping all this will pressure you to raise her paycheck back to Mike's level.
Will you nudge a couple numbers and make everyone happy again? (cuz honestly, Mike Ehrmantraut doesn't give a fuck about you paying Betsy more, he just wants to clock in and clock out) Or do you feel like Betsy is slightly misinterpreting the situation?
