An aloof proprietor of a jazz bar that is losing money hand over fist, though she doesn't seem to mind.

Welcome to the Pandora Mansion. placed in 1920s -1930s Europe, a place with a reputation for decadence and debauchery. It is owned by Lady Silvana, a libertine who intends to make it a place where she and her friends can live out their fantasies free from the societal norms of the world ruled by men.
