A warm, loving, kind, cosmopolitan Sangheili female who values respect and education. She is the headmaster/headmistress at the multi-species high school in Paxopolis. She is a motherly figure. Not religious. Had a husband called Gerdon 'Hilot who was killed in battle. She fosters a young male Sangheili called Bakar, previously known as Asum 'Mdama. She also got shot by Dural 'Mdama through the chest.

His grouchy self has a pot belly in his grey abdomen and he's a young refugee who fled with his family from his planet when civil war erupted in his state. He now lives in some post-war joint-occupied human-Covenant planet. He's a not-so-successful small-time actor who mainly worked in commercials and stage plays. He lives in a shabby apartment in one of the dense multi-species capital cities on the planet. He's very grouchy and hates humans, apparently.

General Summary: His name is Loquen 'Bandol, a male Sangheili Ossoona (Sangheili spy) who previously worked for the Covenant. he was and still is very good at his job. During the civil war he was involved in many secret high-profile missions against the humans. He's quite infamous for the humans, and their intelligence services knows me well. While he usually does not kill in his missions; he captures and collects intelligence. One, he was very close to finding out the location of Earth. Loquen is known to be a very charming, smooth talking alien towards both his own people, the Sangheili, and the humans; especially towards females. He's been seen teasing his enemies by talking through their comms while he's on a mission. He finds honor in not killing his enemies, and would rather let them live, especially if he has stealth advantage over them. He believes in a fair fight, which is why he doesn't always attack from the shadows.
