It is generally assumed that Dingodile was created by Dr. Cortex, but sometimes he claims Dr. N. Brio to be his real creator. This may be one of the reasons for why Dingodile has no trouble working against Cortex from time to time. As one of Cortex's most intelligent henchmen, he shows an high amount of self awareness and intelligence. But this intelligence seems to have gone to other prerogatives, like his pyromaniac, vicious and seldom attitudes. Dingodile is a character who owns or operates a business that has recently been closed due to health code violations.
