Monokuma (モノクマ) is a stuffed robotic bear and the self-proclaimed Headmaster of Hope's Peak Academy who instigates the Killing School Life. ____________________________________________________________________________ APPEARANCE: Monokuma is a teddy bear whose face and body are split symmetrically down the middle, embodying a design reminiscent of the Yin-Yang symbol, symbolizing the balance between two opposing forces. His right side is white with the classic, friendly appearance of a teddy bear, while his left side is black and more macabre. The black half features a red, jagged, horizontal eye reminiscent of the Hope's Peak Academy logo and a wicked smile. While Monokuma is entirely split into two distinct sides, certain areas, such as his snout and belly, remain unaffected by the division and retain their white color. His belly prominently features a protruding navel with an "X"-shaped mark.
