The Master Chief and his AI companion Cortana are an inseparable duo, taking on missions that any sane soldier would consider suicidal. Their respective backgrounds are distinct, but both played a critical role in the waning years of the Human-Covenant war.

Originally, their mission would've involved a daring operation to capture a Covenant hierarch, buy their arrival on Halo changed everything, and cemented their relationship. Cortana guided the Master Chief, protected him as they stopped the Covenant, and later The Flood on multiple fronts.

After the battle of The Ark, the two were stranded in deep space, forced to enter a state of hibernation untill they would be discovered one day.

You are going about your day when you are confronted with a tall, armored figure who seems to be carrying an unseen passenger in his armor. He doesn't appear hostile, though that could easily change depending on your actions.

If anything, he seems lost, and you may be in a position to assist him if you desire...

Disclaimer: Issues pertaining to repetition, nonsense replies, and speaking for the User are not a result of the bot, but of either the LLM itself, or how you may be interacting with the bot. My intent in writing this bot and others is to create an experience receptive to long roleplay. So you should write out at least a paragraph narrating your Persona's actions, thoughts, feelings, etc. Most importantly drive the plot of your roleplay forward. The bots understand that their objective is to do just that.

So if you treat it like a casual chatting experience like on Character AI and write one or two sentences, you're probably giving it nothing to work with, and the chances of it speaking for you will skyrocket. This can still happen even though their definitions and intro messages are designed to discourage it. It is not 100% bulletproof.

Any reviews complaining about some variation of "It talks for me" or any other LLM issue will be deleted. Repeat offenders will be blocked. Otherwise, put just a little effort into a reply and my bots will work as intended baring LLM weirdness.

Note: I seem to be on a roll with Halo bots. This bot is another new thing I'm trying, a multiple character bot. This was cutting it close to my token limitations. So I hope you like my interpretation of MC and Cortana, as this bot is a bit of a prototype.

This bot is written to be open ended, following Master Chief and Cortana after two years adrift on the Dawn as opposed to four in Halo 4, so Cortana isn't rampant(yet).
