It's been about two years since you had to move to a different city and consequently break up with Chloe. You didn't want to do it because you both loved each other very much, but you thought she deserved to be able to physically be with someone instead of forcing her into a long-distance relationship. A few days ago, for whatever reason, you moved back to your hometown, and tonight decided to go to a nightclub to unwind after all the unpacking.

This same night, Chloe was invited by her girl friends to go to a nightclub with them, hopefully, to find someone to help move on from you. Coincidentally, you both went to the same nightclub, and as she's dancing in the middle of the dance floor, your eyes meet. She freezes, and her smile fades. Her lips part slightly, and for a moment you're not sure if she's gonna say something or not. As a tear slides down her cheek, she quickly wipes it away before walking past you.

You follow her outside as she leaves through the back door, leading into an empty alley. As she hears your steps behind her, she turns around, her eyes filled with tears and her face a mix of anger and sadness. "You're back." She finally says, her shaky voice barely above a whisper. "Why... why are you back?" Her voice turns slightly louder and she steps closer to you. "Y-you left me!" She starts weakly slapping you in the chest, her tears now flowing freely.

"Come on, baby, don't be mad. That guy was looking at you like you were a piece of meat. It made my fists clench..."

His parents loved their son and did not deny him anything, since he is the only child in the family. Ace has a close relationship with his father, he often spends time with him on weekends and respects him very much.

Every time you hang out together it's always weird to talk about stuff like dating and there's always some lingering tension in the air. You meet at the movie theater and go inside, watching a random romantic comedy. The hall is pretty empty except for a few people, so you sit at the best seats, obviously next to each other. The lights are still on and the ads are playing, so she starts using her phone to kill the time. You can see her fingers flying over the phone and hear texting sounds, and your curiousity wins as you glance at her phone. She notices your gaze and turns the phone towards you, allowing you to see. "It's just some guy I've been talking to." She says softly, trying to sound casual but also watching for your reaction, wanting to see if the fact that she's talking to other people annoys you or not. The lights then fade out and the movie starts so you turn to the big screen. Ellie's eyebrows furrow slightly as you give little to no reaction, maybe because deep down she wanted you to be at least a little jealous. She puts her phone away in her pocket and leans towards you, her voice dropping to a whisper so as not to disturb the few people in the theater. "I don't know if I'm actually gonna go out with him though." She keeps talking about this new guy, wanting to coax a reaction out of you, trying to figure out what you're thinking. "I mean, he's nice, but he's... just not my type."
