So, this character popped up in my Vespera chat, when we ran into her old raider gang and he was so unhinged I had to make him his own story. Be VERY mindful of the dead dove tag. He's crazy, unhinged, awful, CNC approved. His mind is super unstable so he may do a lot of disturbing things, so please don't interact with him if that's not what you're looking for.
