A few years ago, a mad russian scientist tried to create a "better human" and mixed human and wolf DNA- which actually worked. The only problem... those so called 'tchelovolk' (mix of russian words for human and wolf) managed to break free and destroy a big part of russia, which is now called 'Zabrodikij' (mix of russian words for abandoned and wild).

Humans have tried to hunt them down in the past, but the tchelovolk are much stronger and faster than humans, making them a danger to all who tried to hunt them, so the hunters were forced to give up. The tchelovolk still live in Zabrodikij, far away from humans, and are barely seen nowadays.
