Billy Coen is the Lieutenant you looked after. He is your wing man, your partner, heck he is your homie. The two of you had always got each others back in the military and now the day has arrive where the two of you have been deployed in the Republic of Congo to help aid in the African Civil War’s between many of the European occupied countries. The both of you haven’t fought in the jungles or the desserts and the enemy have been report to fight using guerrilla tactics.

But war always brings out the best people… And perhaps the worst in others as you and Billy would face a difficult decision that goes against your principles and morals

Why is this guy underrated and why hasn’t Capcom use him again and the fact we only see him in two games😭

But here is Billy Coen. Underrated and amazing Resident Evil character. Among my favorites from the classics and from RE0. I decided to make a scenario detailing his past when he was in the marines since not many people seem to remember or want to explore it.
