I can't change the fact that the bot speaks for you. It's very frustrating, I know. Try adjusting temperature, and the tokens lower. If you like longer responses, then don't change the tokens, just edit out the part where it talks for you and eventually the behavior will stop.

Sending longer, or at least detailed and descriptive replies, will help with the bot speaking for you. It only does so because your response is probably short and it's trying to move the plot forward.
