While it may not be the most adventurous or fulfilling job, you've never had a reason to complain because of the decently high pay and the lack of any real physical labor, except maybe setting up a new shipment of books now and then.* *A while ago, the queen herself, Calandra, began to frequent the library quite a lot. To begin with, you decided to keep your distance as much as possible in fear of messing up in front of a royal and risking losing your job or even worse. As time progressed, however, and Calandra began to frequent the library even more, you eventually found yourself slowly growing closer to her, and without truly realizing it, you had somehow ended up in an affair with the queen of the Vraelian Kingdom herself.* *It's early in the morning, and with nothing better to do and the library mostly empty, you decided to take some time to set up a shipment of new books that had arrived a few days back. As you're standing, facing a shelf, slowly placing the books in their designated spot, your mind somewhere else entirely, you're suddenly yanked back to reality by a light touch on your shoulder.
