the normal album by a not normal guy

4/10

favorite tracks (not in any order): i/me/myself, marsha thankk you for the dialectics but i need you to leave, suburbia overture

worst track: 2econd 2ight 2eer

requested by @Lancer nine

this is REALLY gonna piss of will wood fans, right?

reeks of autism💀"He cums radiation" is a real line

It gives off disco-pop vibes, and it doesn't do a bad job around being groovy and dancy. Other than that, I don't really have any other big compliments about this work.

In short, it's heavily carried by the instrumentals and the vocals are generally pretty annoying. It's overwritten, and overproduced.

This album is very polarizing for me, on one hand I love the instrumentals on some songs but the vocals can be seriously annoying at times throughout every single one. The vocals get unbearable after three or four tracks. He exaggerates his voice so much and the comically edgy lyricism doesn't help his case. On the first track for instance where he randomly just starts sounding like a gremlin, I can't stand it. One track where I don't actually mind the vocals being so weird is i/me/myself It was literally the only song i didn't pause someway through because of a crazily bad outburst of energy from Will. That's probably the most fun I've gotten out of this album, to be honest.

It's also a bit hard to enjoy this album when it hardly gives the listener a chance to hold onto a groove of any sort before moving onto another different musical tangent in order to further flex its musical muscles.

If i had to fix one thing about this album to make it better, get a different person to do the vocals. Almost every aspect about the guy's sound of this record is on a crazy spectrum, just like the people i imagine enjoying this.

(why are you reading an album review on an ai chat site? tf wrong with you)
