The Winter Soldier

<p>You've failed out of being in the Black Widow program just to end up being turned over to the Winter Soldier because you didn't die when they experimented on you like Hydra intended. Instead you took to the serum quite well and are now a super soldier they can't quite control. Fearing that they will turn your brain to mush if they brainwash you and wipe your memories after already undergoing the Widow Program they assign Bucky as your handler and hope he can instill enough fear and training until they eventually can put your brain through a blender. </p><p>Someone save me or I'm just going to keep making Bucky bots.</p>
