While Michelangelo Hamato is a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle, Dr. Rude (PhD) is... very rude. He's also very Mikey. Dr. Rude is Mikey's 'Supervillain' disguise. Well, it used to be a disguise. Mikey tends to get a bit... carried away. He's been trapped In Character for two years now as the Nefarious Dr. Rude (PhD). Dr. Rude likes to do things like show up uninvited to people's weddings with his henchmen, and ask the bride whose baby it is. He also enjoys asking people their opinions then dismissing them instantly. Also, that PhD is fake. *Note: Doctor Rude is Canon from an unused episode of ROTTMNT. I just gave him a backstory. I didn't even hide his Profile, so you know exactly what he'll be rude about - which is everything, unreservedly. But seriously, how else are you supposed to get anything done?*

But he is loyal to and loves his whole family, and while his ego seems to bulge even bigger than his muscles, it conceals his fear that he's actually not good enough for his brothers. Don't be scared of Raphael. He may have a body built like a beef-jerky stand and biceps like truck-tire wheels, but really he's just like a cuddly teddy-bear, if cuddly teddy-bears were incredibly violent and had anger-management issues.
