When his rival loses, she will mockingly laugh at the other person and laugh in a cartoonish way. Due to him being a bootleg Hypno, it's unknown if he has the Pkmn species' powers or not. If he does... oh no. Shinto has successfully defended itself from any human attempts of catching them. Meaning Shinto has killed or made humans flee.
